Q) Where is this vacation rental condo located on Sanibel Island?
A) Our place, Apartment E201, is in Blind Pass Condominiums,
a small complex of two and three bedroom apartments on the quiet
west end of the island, closer to Captiva. We are on the second floor.
Q)Are you on the beach?
A) Theoretically we are, as there are no streets between the condo complex and the Gulf Of Mexico.
A wooden footbridge takes you over a delightful lagoon full of wading birds to a natural lovely beach.
Our beach is considered by most who know Sanibel to be the best beach on the island (widest, longest, least populated, best shelling, etc.)
Q) Can you see the water from the apartment?
A) No, no vacation rental unit in Blind Pass offers a Gulf view.
Q) Is the kitchen equipped to cook anything I or my family might want to make?
A) The kitchen has a new stove and microwave and all the pots, pans and cooking aids you will need for your vacation. Dishes are new and delightfully tropical.
This unit has been created to be totally self catering.
Q) What about towels, linens, beach towels?
A) The unit is fully stocked with new and good quality sheets,towels, and beach towels.
We also provide vacation renters with beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
Q) What do I need to bring?
A) Of course, your own personal items (toothbrush, hair dryer, shampoo, etc).
We provide a starter "Kit" of things for the household, like dish and laundry detergent,
but you will either need to buy more while you are visiting or bring it from home.
Q) If the weather is cooler, is the pool heated?
A) Yes, the pool is heated.
Q) Is there a porch, veranda or some other outdoor area?
A) No, apartment E201 is one of the units that does not offer a porch.
Q)What are the advantages to staying at Condo E201?
A) Our condo is privately owned and privately marketed by owner.
That means that our taste and needs are seen within the structure, decor and necessities of living.
We take every measure to make it a clean, comfortable and convenient place to enjoy your holiday for a week,
two or more. The extra touches, like ceiling fans throughout, the privacy of having two ensuite bedrooms,
the sophistication of the master bath, the quality of linens and dishes,
the abundance of quality electronic equipment ensure that our guests will have everything
they need to feel like they are in a luxury hotel at budget prices.
Q) Is there a cleaning fee?
A) The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive and after you leave at no expense to you,
assuming there has been no breakage or damage to carpets or furniture.
Q) What about while we are there?
A) These are holiday housekeeping condos...that is you keep (clean) the unit according to your needs. Most items (vacuum, broom, etc.)
you will need to keep house will be in the unit. You may need to purchase some cleaning agents when you do your food shopping.
Q) When is check-in/check-out?
A) Check in begins at 3 pm and check out begins at 10 am on Saturdays.
Q) Is E201 set up for an internet connection?
A) Yes, we have high speed internet in the unit as well as free phone calling within the USA and Canada.

LOW SEASON:
May up until Christmas holiday week with Thanksgiving holiday week generally a hundred dollars more:

SHOULDER SEASON:
The month of January (with New Year's week at $1690)

HIGH SEASON:
Christmas week and all through February, March and first two or three weeks of April:
