Condo E201 has over 1,300 square feet of living space. As you enter through the front door, there is a small foyer with a new and beautifully appointed kitchen to the left, just beyond an enclosed alcove where there is a new washer and dryer. Immediately in front of you is the spacious living, dining room area. To the right of this is the master bedroom suite with its own newly renovated and expanded bathroom. Directly across from the master (separated by the living/dining area) is the guest bedroom suite with its own newly renovated bathroom. Each suite has been supplied to the level of a quality resort hotel room with individual tv's and dvd players.
